My time at Genoa Design was instrumental in shaping my skills as a Computer Engineer, having completed two work terms with the company. Beyond technical growth, the collaborative and supportive environment at Genoa was key in helping me build meaningful relationships within the software team and across other departments. Their mentorship provided invaluable guidance in refining my career path and identifying additional skills to develop. As an international student with no relevant Canadian work experience, finding a co-op work term was extremely challenging. Genoa Design gave me my very first opportunity and trusted me when no other company would. For that, I will forever be grateful.
