We believe that everyone brings unique strengths and skills to the workplace. Genoa strives to create an inclusive and accessible environment where people with disabilities can thrive and succeed. An accessible workplace means providing physical and digital accessibility, ensuring all employees can fully participate and contribute. Our commitment includes:

Tools for people who are blind, colour blind, or have low vision, such as high contrast mode, keyboard shortcuts, magnification tools, screen readers, and wayfinding systems.

Solutions for those who are hard of hearing, have hearing loss, or deafness, including closed captioning and sign language interpreters.

Customizable interfaces and task management tools to support those with dyslexia, seizures, autism, or other cognitive differences.

Assistive technologies to aid with distraction, reading, and concentration, such as do-not-disturb mode and noise-cancelling headsets, along with flexible work arrangements that allow for necessary breaks.

Our buildings have accessibility features, including ramps, wide doorways, spacious layouts, and elevators, as well as alternative input devices like adaptive keyboards and ergonomic mice.
