Genoa Design Celebrates Role in the Launch of the First Large Vessel Under the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS)
(December 12, 2017, Mount Pearl, NL): Genoa Design International (“Genoa”) joins Seaspan Shipyardsthe Government of Canada, and the Canadian Coast Guard to celebrate the launch of the first large non-combat ship to be designed and built under the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS). The launch event took place at Seaspan Shipyards in Vancouver on Friday, December 8.
Genoa Design received the 2017 Spirit of Philanthropy award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals for its partnership with Home Again Furniture Bank.
