Gina Pecore is CEO of Genoa Design International. From a foundational start as a sailor with the Royal Canadian Navy, Gina has built a career as an entrepreneur and business leader. Her strengths lie in strategy, governance and team leadership, and she regularly champions initiatives that seek to advance the marine industry. 

Gina received a communications degree from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1991, and has completed executive education at Harvard, Case Western and Simon Fraser universities. Gina serves as Chair of the Board of Newfoundland Power, a Fortis utility, and is a board member with C-CORE, a engineering R&D firm linked to Memorial University, and Business & Arts NL.
