Doug is a trusted finance leader with almost 30 years of success working with people and businesses around the world to achieve breakthrough business advancements and deliver outstanding results.  Doug’s experience has been uniquely focused in high growth environments, where he has held key leadership roles with companies that have successfully planned and executed major growth and expansion, including internationally.

Though born and raised in St. John’s, Doug’s professional career first took him to Toronto for almost 10 years.  That was followed by 20 years in Austin, Texas, before he returned to Newfoundland in early 2018.

Doug is a proud graduate (B.Comm) of Memorial University of Newfoundland.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Atlantic Canada.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys reading, travelling and playing golf.
