Genoa received the 2023 ACADA Industry Excellence Award for Diversity and Inclusion Excellence this month. This recognition is a massive accomplishment for our team, and we couldn’t be prouder of all the hard work and dedication we’ve put into creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. This award is a testament to the value we place on diversity and inclusion, and it’s a reminder that we’re on the right track. Diversity brings strength and innovation to our team, and we’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered. We want to thank the Genoa team for their contributions and ACADA for recognizing Genoa as a company embracing a sea of differences. We’ve been working closely with DiversityNL to finalize our DEIB Strategic outlook, which includes the creation of a DEIB Policy, a calendar of events, and offering training opportunities to our team. This initiative is one of the many great things we look forward to in 2024.
